Phil Jackwitz has been coaching solidly between club and representative levels for the past 7 years.  During this time Phil held the position of Hockey Development Coordinator with the Brisbane Hockey Association for 3 years, and the position of Regional Coaching Coordinator with Hockey NSW for 2 years.  It was through these positions that Phil got to know and then learn from coaches such as Mick Evans and Matt Wells from Hockey QLD, and Warren Birmingham from Hockey NSW.  Phil has also benefited from being able to access teachings from Hockey Australia’s Education Manager; John Mowat, and from arguably the best hockey coach in the world; Ric Charlesworth.  As of 2016, Phil holds an Advanced Level Coach Accreditation, and at last count, is 1 of 7 Advanced Level coaches in NSW.
